Basha Law, PLLC is a Vermont law firm serving individuals, families, business owners, and nonprofit founders throughout the State of Vermont. The Firm was established in 2025 to bring a modern engagement model, culturally competent representation, and direct attorney time to a market that has needed all three.
Attorney Basha founded Basha Law, PLLC in early 2025 after observing that the standard Vermont legal representation model was leaving too many clients underserved. Traditional practice often meant hourly billing that made cost impossible to predict, communication filtered through multiple layers of staff, and cultural or linguistic nuance treated as an afterthought rather than a substantive element of the representation.
Basha Law was designed differently. Every engagement is scoped and confirmed in writing before work begins, so clients know the terms of the representation from the start. Attorney Basha personally handles every matter, from the initial consultation through final closing. And the Firm's substantive practice reflects Vermont's actual demographic reality: a state whose families now include immigrants, first-generation Americans, Muslim families, and clients whose planning needs go beyond what generic templates can address.

Attorney Basha's own background as a first-generation American informs a lifelong commitment to representing clients whose backgrounds, faiths, and family structures fall outside the traditional. If we agree to work together, the engagement is confirmed in a written engagement agreement that identifies the scope of work, the fee arrangement, and the terms of the representation. Nothing begins until that document is signed by both sides.
